Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support visual and operational elements, promotions, and guest relationships.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and maintain guest service quality.
• Schedule staff, manage payroll, and ensure onboarding and training.
• Protect assets with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Lead the team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure policy compliance.
