Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Process purchases/returns accurately via the POS system and maintain a clean store.
• Promote store benefits, trade-in and loyalty programs to boost guest satisfaction.
• Support management in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals; maintain proper paperwork.
