GameStop in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Retail Keyholder to support store management, greet guests, and drive sales with expert product knowledge. You will help keep the store stocked, clean, and inviting, while promoting promotions and loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and loss prevention

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, assist with gaming needs, promote promotions and trade-in programs, and thank guests. Maintain clean, organized store and support sales cultures.
• Process purchases/returns via POS with accuracy and great service.
• Promote GameStop benefits (title reservations, Pro Rewards).
• Perform store duties: inventory control, stocking, light administrative and operational tasks.
• Close daily cash and bank deposits following procedures.
