Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder in Texas to assist the store management, deliver outstanding guest service, and promote the Circle of Life model. You will help keep the store organized, maintain inventory, and support daily Omni-Channel orders with accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and knowledge of video games are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, and assist with gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and visual/operational elements to drive sales and loyalty.
• Process purchases/returns accurately via POS and maintain store standards.
• Address guest questions by phone or in person to ensure top service.
• Promote GameStop benefits like reservations program and Pro Rewards.
