Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in executing and supervising all store activities.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and foster guest loyalty.
• Process guest purchases and returns via the POS system.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all store areas.
• Conduct store inventory counts and manage stock.
• Support store management in meeting sales goals and complete paperwork.
