GameStop is seeking a full-time Store Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet guests, operate the POS system, assist with product recommendations, and support store initiatives.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Prior retail or management experience and knowledge of video games are advantageous. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Competenze

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests promptly and provide best-in-class guest service throughout the store.
• Support visual and operational elements and promote current sales initiatives.
• Process guest purchases/returns at the POS system accurately and politely.
• Respond to guest questions in person or by phone and escalate issues when needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and keep guests informed of benefits.
• Assist Store Manager with setting service expectations and training staff.
