Job summary

GameStop in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will lead guest service, oversee Sales Associates, and ensure the store meets sales and service goals while maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have some retail management experience and strong customer service skills, with a passion for gaming.

Qualifications

Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's/bachelor's preferred for advancement.
At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred; 2+ years in retail sales/management preferred.
Video game knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in absence of Store Manager.
Maintain store appearance, inventory, and cleanliness per guidelines.
Process guest purchases and returns using POS system.
Promote store loyalty programs and promotions to guests.
Assist in training and coaching staff; manage onboarding and compliance training.
