Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. You will develop a sales culture by sharing product knowledge and delivering outstanding guest service, while ensuring products are easy to see and buy.

This role supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, helps train staff, manages scheduling, payroll, and compliance, and drives sales while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• 2 years of retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote promotions.
• Oversee store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising per guidelines.
