GameStop is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our store team in Woodhaven, MI. In this role you will greet guests, answer questions, process transactions, and promote store programs.

You’ll help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment and ensure a smooth Omni-Channel experience. The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, assist with gaming needs, and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure proper merchandising.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Handle guest questions by phone or in person with courteous, professional service.
• Support store management to achieve sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Complete daily banking deposits and required paperwork as needed.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and order processing as required.
