Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the store for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly, assisting with video gaming needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support store operations.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via POS, ensuring excellent guest service.
• Handle guest questions by phone or in person and promote store benefits and loyalty programs.
• Support inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
