Job summary

GameStop in Elyria, Ohio is looking for a dedicated Retail Keyholder to assist the management team in executing store activities and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and must have experience in retail sales or guest service.

In this full-time role, you'll process sales transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and supervise Sales Associates. Enjoy benefits like paid time off and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and nurture guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock/restock merchandise.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in absence of management.
