Grover Gaming, a Light & Wonder company, seeks an Analytics Performance Analyst to drive in-depth game analytics across type, category, state, venue, day, and device. You will own quarterly analyses, identify trends, and recommend improvements, using AI to prototype tooling and speed insights.

This role partners with management to shape product and marketing strategies, presenting findings clearly to leadership and field teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within gaming or casino industry.
• Track record of turning data into insights that informed real decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze game performance across parameters such as game type, category, state, venue, day, device, and demographics.
• Publish quarterly reports detailing gameplay analysis, trends, and insights.
• Partner with Account Management and Account Executive teams to assess site-level performance.
• Visualize and present findings using Tableau and Power BI to leadership and field teams.
• Identify player-behavior trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Proactively recommend improvements grounded in data-driven insight to enhance engagement and revenue.
• Juggle multiple projects across shifting priorities and parallel workstreams.
