Job summary

Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a senior finance leader to own FP&A for the business unit and partner with the CEO and Strategy. You will shape the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range vision, and board-ready analytics, driving margin expansion and growth across markets.

You will lead a team, build robust models, and translate operating metrics into actionable insights, collaborating with product, content, and sales to inform strategic decisions and capital

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive finance roles with FP&A leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling, GAAP, and board-level reporting.
• Experience implementing AI automations to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, long-range plan, and variance analysis.
• Lead month-end close and driver-based variance explanations.
• Develop and maintain models linking deployments, hold per-day, revenue share, and costs to P&L.
• Deliver board-ready reporting and rapid-turn analysis for executives.
• Partner with Strategy, CEO, and leadership to drive optimization and capital deployment.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and analytics team.
