Grover Gaming, a Light & Wonder company, seeks a Gaming & Analytics Performance Analyst to study game performance across type, category, state, venue, day, and device, and to own the quarterly analyses that drive product and strategy decisions.

You will visualize findings with Tableau and Power BI, leverage SQL or Python, and collaborate with Account Management to interpret site-level results and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in gaming environments.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI; SQL and/or Python are a strong plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable takeaways.
• Genuine curiosity - habit of asking questions and testing assumptions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and partial data; able to make defensible calls with limited information.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
• Enthusiasm for working with AI to explore data, prototype tooling and improve analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze game performance across parameters such as game type, category, state, venue, day, device, and demographics.
• Publish quarterly reports detailing gameplay analysis, trends, and insights for product improvements and strategy.
• Partner with Account Management and Account Executive teams to assess site-level performance and identify success factors.
• Visualize and present findings using Tableau and Power BI to leadership and field teams.
• Identify player-behavior trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Proactively recommend data-driven improvements to enhance player engagement and revenue.
• Juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities and parallel workstreams.
