Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a highly agile Data Scientist to drive real-time insights that influence game performance, player behavior, and business decisions onsite in S. Palm Beach County.

You will own game and business KPIs, build dashboards used by Game Design and Leadership, analyze player behavior and experiments, and translate complex data into clear stories to drive decisions. The role requires strong analytical instincts, experience with SQL and BI tools, and a background in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field.
Proficiency with SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Excel.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

Own game and business KPIs from definition through ongoing optimization.
Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership.
Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing).
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities and act on them in real time.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions.
Partner with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment.
