Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with hardware products or repair related field.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended shifts and handle warehouse tasks.
• Excellent written, verbal, and comprehension communication skills.
• Certifications for technical product lines, networking, or computers are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure/Upgrade PC parts according to build instructions.
• Test PCs and parts according to procedures.
• Replicate or erase hard drives and install OS per procedure.
• Prepare parts for installation with anti-static precautions.
• Troubleshoot defective PCs and parts and perform data entry for ERP assets.
• Perform quality inspections and assist with inventory control.
• Cross-train in Operations to support process improvements.
