Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of gaming industry experience preferred
• Two-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience preferred
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights
• Demonstrated successful performance in a guest service role
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

Responsibilities

• Supervise gaming attendants on assigned shift and ensure staffing levels are adequate
• Provide training, coaching, and scheduling support for gaming attendants
• Handle team and guest concerns and escalate as needed
• Support guest service calls and inquiries during daily operations
• Monitor and enforce currency transaction reporting requirements
• Complete shift reports and required paperwork for the gaming department
• Protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance across operations
• May act as Managerial Representative on property when needed
