Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana seeks a Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee front-of-house beverage operations, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction during assigned shifts. You will manage shift openings, scheduling, budgets, and compliance while maintaining safety and cleanliness across outlets.

Additionally, you will monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, participate in meetings, and be flexible to work holidays and weekends.

Formación

• Prior beverage supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise front-of-house beverage operations and team members during assigned shift.
• Open and close shift; ensure outlet is prepared, clean, and secure.
• Maintain scheduling, time/attendance records, and staff appraisals.
