Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Licensing Analyst to join the Compliance team supporting the rollout of online Sportsbook and iCasino in new states, while maintaining existing markets.

The role involves occupational and vendor licensing, state reporting, and supporting compliance projects. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple departments (Engineering, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Product).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2–3 years in a similar licensing/compliance role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Review, submit and maintain all occupational licensing processes for Penn Interactive.
• Prepare state licensing guides, instruction sheets, and fingerprinting processes to support internal partners.
• Provide administrative support and field questions on licensing processes.
• Interpret and comply with state gaming agency regulations and determine actions with Compliance team.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of licensing submissions and reporting on behalf of Penn Interactive.
• Maintain and review contract and procurement processes for Penn Interactive.
• Assist in tracking vendor licensing and renewals to ensure compliance for new markets.
• Provide status updates and keep internal and external parties informed.
