RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor to join the Finance Consulting practice with a focus on Gaming and Hospitality. You will deliver financial advisory services to casino gaming and hospitality operators nationwide, lead engagement workplans, and supervise project staff.

The role emphasizes technical accounting, internal controls, profitability analysis, cash management and process improvement, with travel up to 75-80% and a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years in business or 4+ years in public accounting/consulting (casino/hospitality experience a plus).
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong internal control skills and experience improving controls.
• US GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge with accounting research and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial consulting services to client gaming and hospitality entities.
• Lead engagement work streams and supervise staff on projects.
• Analyze organizational structure, profitability, cash management and KPIs.
• Document processes and policies; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
