Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor for the Finance Consulting practice in Gaming and Hospitality to address evolving accounting pronouncements, regulatory changes, and automation initiatives. You will support casino gaming and hospitality clients nationwide, leading teams and delivering high-quality advisory services.

The role emphasizes organizational structure analysis, cash management, profitability reviews, and process improvements, with travel up to 75-80% as needed.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Accounting or related field.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Strong internal control skills and experience in developing and improving internal control systems.
Strong technical and functional accounting experience in US GAAP and/or IFRS.

Responsibilities

Technical Accounting and Accounting Support to business operations.
Business process improvement and internal controls assessments.
Advisory projects including organizational structure analysis, profit enhancement, cash management, and profitability analysis studies.
Process improvement and policy and procedure documentation.
Lead engagement teams, monitor productivity and adherence to work plans.
Develop understanding of client business and industry to identify performance drivers.
