RSM US LLP in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Supervisor to join our Finance Consulting practice with a focus in Gaming and Hospitality Financial Advisory. You will lead technical accounting work, support business processes, and manage client deliverables for casino gaming, integrated resorts, and hospitality operators nationwide.

The role requires 4+ years in public accounting or consulting (casino/hospitality a plus), strong communication and internal controls skills, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and travel

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years in public accounting/consulting with casino/hospitality emphasis
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Strong internal controls experience and development of control systems
• US GAAP/IFRS knowledge and financial reporting experience
• Leadership experience and staff mentoring ability
• Ability to travel 75-80%

Responsibilities

• Technical accounting and accounting support to business operations
• Business process improvement and internal controls assessments
• Advisory projects: org structure, profit enhancement, cash management, profitability analyses
• Process improvement and policy/documentation creation
• Lead client work streams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services
• Mentor junior staff and manage project teams
