Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager for the Accounting and Finance Consulting (AFC) practice focused on Gaming and Hospitality Financial Advisory. You will lead engagements, manage teams, and provide technical accounting support across US GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and process improvements for casino gaming entities nationwide.

Responsibilities include client deliverables, engagement planning, and identifying performance improvements, with travel up to 75–80%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years business experience or public accounting/consulting in casino/hospitality accounting or operations.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong internal control skills and experience in developing and improving internal control systems.
• Strong technical and functional accounting experience in US GAAP and/or IFRS with AJE and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to manage staff on projects and develop talent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and industry groups; strong presentation skills.
• Travel approximately 75-80%.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial consulting services to clients in gaming and hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate development and execution of consulting work plans and client deliverables.
• Develop understanding of client business and key performance drivers.
• Lead engagement teams as in-charge and go-live lead, monitor productivity and schedules.
• Support completion of client deliverables and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
