Qualifications

• 5+ years business experience or 5+ years in public accounting/consulting services, casino/hospitality focus a plus.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong internal control skills and experience building internal controls.
• Strong technical accounting experience in US GAAP and/or IFRS with financial reporting experience.
• Proven ability to manage staff on projects of varying sizes and mentor junior staff.
• Ability to travel approximately 75-80%.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial consulting services to gaming and hospitality clients across the country.
• Lead fieldwork, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to work plans.
• Develop client deliverables and coordinate work plans with engagement teams.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
