Castle Hill Gaming is seeking a Bench Technician in Tulsa, OK to diagnose, repair, test, and maintain electronic components used in slot machines. You will ensure regulatory compliance and product quality before deployment, collaborating with QA and engineering teams.

The role is full-time onsite with opportunities to contribute to prototype builds and product development, in a fast-paced gaming environment that values accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in electronics repair or bench technician role.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit theory.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience using diagnostic and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, test, and maintain electronic components and assemblies used in slot machines and gaming devices.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting of PCB boards, power supplies, displays, and peripheral devices.
• Conduct functional and burn-in testing of repaired and new units.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and inventory usage.
• Ensure repairs meet QA standards and gaming regulatory requirements.
