Job summary

Castle Hill Gaming is seeking a Bench Technician in Tulsa, OK to diagnose, repair, test and maintain electronic components and assemblies used in slot machines and gaming devices. This role ensures hardware meets regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational performance requirements prior to deployment in the field, in an on-site lab environment.

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of electronics repair or bench technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain electronic components and assemblies used in slot machines and gaming devices.
• Perform functional/burn-in testing and validation of repaired and new units.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and interpret schematics and technical docs.
• Identify root causes, document findings and maintain service logs.
• Ensure repairs meet QA standards and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering and Field Service teams.
