Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field.
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required.
• Technically proficient.
• High level of organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met.
• Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations.
• Manage projects and deadlines.
• Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team.
• Time and attendance maintenance of employees.
• Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases.
