Job summary

Bluberi is seeking a Field Services Technician to service gaming equipment and be part of the Field Service team. You will install, configure, and maintain Bluberi products, troubleshoot in the field, and manage parts and paperwork.

You will drive to customer sites, perform on-site repairs, and coordinate with dispatch and scheduling. The role requires travel and occasional overnight stays, with emphasis on safety and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Technical or IT training or education is a plus.
• Must reside within 1 hour of the Atlantic City, New Jersey area.

Responsibilities

• Install, setup, maintain and reconfigure gaming products.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and return to working order in the field.
• Order replacement parts and manage parts return and shipping.
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance to promote continuous operation.
• Complete daily paperwork (Reports, Time Sheets, Expense Reports).
• Transport, install, and maintain Bluberi gaming equipment and replace parts.
• Support inventory counts and part transfers; handle paperwork for transfers and usage.
• Travel frequently with long drives between sites and overnight stays.
