Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of regulatory compliance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day audits of documents generated from gaming and gaming support departments and ensure Title 31 compliance in training materials, delivery, and testing.
• Update and maintain current Federal requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act’s AML program and related training materials; assist with committee meetings.
• Review Title 31 paperwork, CTRCs and SARCs and file with the IRS accurately and timely.
• Monitor guest gaming activity to identify suspicious activity and maintain case files for potential SARCs/CTRCs.
• Assist with AML compliance training program and materials; stay current with AML trends via external training.
