Delaware North Gaming at Gate City Casino in Nashua, NH seeks a Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory adherence, oversee AML/Title 31 obligations, and promote a culture of compliance across departments. The role focuses on strengthening operational integrity within the gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for a degree.
• 2+ years of compliance experience required, casino experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML and Title 31.
• Ability to operationalize gaming regulations and meet requirements.
• Proficient in data analysis across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance training, including new-hire, annual refresher, and one-on-one training
• Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review findings
• Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as primary contact for state regulators
• Update and maintain internal controls, policies and procedures for the unit
• Ensure appropriate knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Compliance Manager to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, overseeing Bank Secrecy Act obligations, fostering a culture of compliance across departments, and collaborating on various compliance initiatives to enhance operational integrity.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $73,400 – $99,100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Oversee compliance training, including new-hire, annual refresher, and one-on-one training
• Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review all pertinent information and any findings from reporting and observations
• Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as the primary point of contact for state regulators as it relates to the overall gaming operation and any minimum internal control standards
• Update and maintain internal controls as well as policies and procedures for the unit
• Ensure appropriate knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit

More about you

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional experience may substitute for a degree
• 2+ years of compliance experience required, Casino experience preferred
• Strong understanding of AML and Title 31
• Proficient at operationalizing gaming regulations and meeting requirements while also supporting a thriving gaming business
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work in multiple systems to integrate and analyze data

Physical requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license from appropriate state regulators
• Ability to travel between the Sheraton Nashua Hotel and Gate City Casino
