Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory adherence at Gate City Casino in Nashua, NH. You will lead AML and Title 31 compliance, manage audits, and coordinate training across departments to sustain high standards of integrity.

The role requires 2+ years of compliance experience in gaming, strong data analysis skills in Excel, and the ability to interact with regulators. On-site position with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• 2+ years of compliance experience required; casino experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML and Title 31.
• Proficient at operationalizing gaming regulations and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance training, including new-hire, annual refresher, and one-on-one training.
• Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review findings.
• Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as the primary contact for state regulators.
• Update and maintain internal controls as well as policies and procedures for the unit.
• Ensure knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit.
