Qualifications

• 3+ years leading social media and/or community programs in gaming or entertainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in social platforms and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow a communication plan for media channels.
• Manage and post to Arc Games official social media networks.
• Support community management during key marketing beats.
• Set and present marketing KPIs to stakeholders.
• Bridge between development teams and players.
