You’ll be knowledgeable about Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing, greet Guests, explain options, and help redeem prizes while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage Guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing for safety and stock.
• Create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear and damage to games to Technical Team.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
