Main Event Entertainment is seeking friendly, tech-savvy Games Attendants to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs. You’ll engage Guests, explain game options, monitor safety, and help with point redemption while delivering FUN memories.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, reliable, and able to work flexible days, nights and weekends. Prior experience is welcome but not required; training is provided to help you shine on the arcade floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests
• Monitoring activities to ensure games are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag gear
• Partnering with Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
