Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Little Rock is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to help guests have fun and stay safe on our games floor. You will monitor activities across Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing while keeping equipment clean and stocked and assisting guests with questions on prizes and redemptions.

We value a guest-focused mindset, teamwork, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset; hospitality experience a plus.
• Able to explain game rules and assist Guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked; assist with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests; report wear and tear to Technical Team.

Job Description:At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs.
