Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to keep our games floor engaging and safe. You’ll assist Guests with questions, stock and tidy games, and support the Technical Team to report wear and tear.

Strong communication and tech-savviness help you deliver FUN memories while upholding safety standards. Responsibilities include welcoming Guests, monitoring Laser Tag and other attractions, performing opening/closing duties, and providing excellent service to ensure memorable

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Guest-focused mindset
• Savvy with technology
• Teamwork is essential
• Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome and engage Guests and be an ambassador of FUN
• Monitor activities (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing) to ensure they are safe and stocked
• Provide memorable experiences with exceptional service
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked
• Assist Guests with questions on point redemption
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag gear
• Report wear and damage to games/equipment to Technical Team
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties
