Main Event in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a part-time Games Attendant to keep our games floor running smoothly. You will monitor activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, and Rock Climbing, ensuring equipment is clean, stocked and safe while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and friendly demeanor are essential.
• Savvy with technology and quick to learn new things.
• Teamwork is a must; ability to collaborate with Staff and Management.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock for games and prize areas, and assist guests with questions on prizes.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate with Technical Team for wear-and-tear reports.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
