Job summary

Main Event in Frisco, TX is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to keep our games floor energized and safe. You’ll greet guests, explain how to play, stock and maintain games, and help guests redeem prizes while delivering FUN experiences.

The role requires tech comfort, strong customer service, and reliability for opening, mid-day or closing shifts on weekdays and weekends. You’ll collaborate with the Technical Team to report wear and keep our attractions clean, safe, and inviting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for helping Guests.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and games.
• Strong teamwork and communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain games and experiences on the game floor (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing).
• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Keep games and Winner's Choice clean and stocked; assist Guests with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag gear as needed.
• Report wear and tear or damages to the Technical Team; communicate issues clearly.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Welcome and engage Guests; act as a FUN ambassador.
• Assist with opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest's interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required

• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
