Job summary

ZeptoLab UK Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join the Bullet Echo team in the United States. You will blend hands-on operational leadership with process improvement and cross-functional coordination with a development team.

You will own delivery, set priorities, contribute to competency frameworks, manage budgets, and explore AI-powered tools to enhance how the team works. Experience in GameDev and fluent English/Russian are valued.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing a development team
Experience in GameDev is a must
Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams
Strong operational management and process-improvement skills
Understanding of Agile and common project-management approaches
Experience with budgets and invoices is a plus
Interest in AI and new approaches to management and operational processes, English and Russian helpful

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and ensure effective coordination across functions.
Own and improve operational processes within your area of responsibility.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements from idea to implementation.
Set priorities, goals, and ways of working with the team and management.
Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Contribute to competency matrices and clear expectations for different roles.
Work with budgets, invoices, and other operational processes.
Explore and implement AI and other tools to improve management and operations.
