Job summary

ZeptoLab is seeking a Project Manager to join the Bullet Echo team in the United States. You will blend strong operational management with a focus on developing and improving processes, coordinating closely with a development team, and making workflows more efficient and structured.

You will own operational processes, help set priorities, and participate in people management including hiring, onboarding and performance management.

Qualifications

• Management of a development team delivering game features.
• Experience in a GameDev environment is required.
• Understanding of Agile and project management approaches.
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Experience with budgets, invoices and related operations.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and coordinate across functions.
• Own and improve operational processes in your area.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements from idea to implementation.
• Set priorities, goals and ways of working with the team and management.
• Participate in people management, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Contribute to competency matrices and set clear expectations for roles.
• Work with budgets, invoices and other operational tasks.
• Explore and implement AI and modern tools to improve management.
