Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with any questions asked.
• Assist in general set up and tear down for home game days, including sweeping, ball runners, locker room preparations, field setup, towels and assisting other departments in athletics.
• Work both indoor and outdoor games, in all weather conditions.
• Handle shift communications and pick up shifts as needed.
• Oversee crowd management, security operations, and emergency preparedness for all events.
• Perform cleaning responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
