Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in athletics operations, event management, facility operations, or related field.
• Demonstrated organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as required by athletic & recreation events and department needs.
• Knowledge of and compliance with institutional, conference and NCAA rules, both general and job-specific.

Responsibilities

• Lead game day operations for athletic events and venues, planning through post-event breakdown.
• Coordinate staffing and logistics with internal and external partners; ensure surfaces and spaces are prepared.
• Serve as primary contact for visiting teams and officials; manage facility access and schedules.
• Assist in day-to-day operation and stewardship of Athletics facilities; conduct walk-throughs.
• Oversee game day staff and assist in creating manuals, guidelines, and event materials.
