Responsibilities

• Perform operating procedures relating to events and programs.
• Support gameday operations for volleyball and basketball.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor vendor performance quality and report issues.
• Greet guests and act as liaison between venue and guests.
• Ensure buildings are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Maintain inventory of department assets.
• Ensure game day equipment is in proper working order.
• Follow facility and SFM policies and health and safety laws.
