Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide information, and assist with wayfinding
• Register guests for leagues, camps, and events
• Record waivers and event information, scores, and print game sheets
• Maintain guest confidentiality and handle concerns or escalate to management
• Operate multi-line phones and manage event coordination tasks
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating facility events and parties
• Track party reservations, deposits, waivers, food orders, and party materials
• Support marketing efforts to promote events and programs
