Responsibilities

• Show up on time, in uniform, and maintain team-first attitude.
• Execute recipes with precision-prep, cook, and plate as directed.
• Practice clean-as-you-go to keep a sanitary kitchen.
• Handle high-volume shifts with hustle and composure.
• Follow rotation and labeling standards to keep ingredients fresh.
• Use proper portioning tools and scales for consistency.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment like thermometers and fryers.
• Assist with deliveries, unloading, stocking, and rotation of supplies.
• Support teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Take out trash and prepare the kitchen for the next shift.
