Job summary

Stars and Strikes in Concord, NC seeks a Game Technician to perform mechanical and electrical upkeep on arcade games and equipment. You will work with the Arcade Manager to keep the games in top condition and run diagnostics as needed.

The role requires teamwork, basic low voltage DC knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. Weekend/holiday availability may be required as the business dictates.

Qualifications

• Teamwork ability.
• 1–2 years mechanical and electrical experience.
• Arcade experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job description

Game Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Game Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Game Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Game Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to work well as a team
• 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends& holidays
