Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is seeking an Arcade Technician to maintain the arcade and games to high standards. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on video games, clean equipment, and run diagnostics as part of daily operations.

You will work with the Arcade Manager and must be ready to handle a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving for a safe, entertaining guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mechanical and electrical experience.
• Experience in an arcade is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade games and equipment to high standards.
• Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance on video games.
• Clean and run diagnostics on equipment.
• Collaborate with the Arcade Manager.

Arcade Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Arcade Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Arcade Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Arcade Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

As a Stars and Strikes Arcade Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Arcade Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Arcade Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work well as a team
• 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays
