Job summary

Activate is looking for a store lead to join our Bloomington, MN location (Mall of America) to drive exceptional in-store experiences and coach Game Facilitators. You will handle escalations, ensure rooms are operational, and support smooth daily operations.

You will train staff, manage shift coverage, and keep inventory and maintenance tasks on track in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous experience in a similar role with focus on engaging customer relations is preferred.
• Demonstrated collaborator and experience overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails; capitalize opportunities to accommodate customer needs and troubleshoot bookings.
• Assist customers at check-in, create invoices, take payments, and perform check-ins with overrides.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
