Job summary

REVELXP is seeking event staff for the game-day operations in Fayetteville, AR. You will greet guests, assist with tailgate logistics, and help maintain a welcoming, organized tailgate and guest-service area.

Responsibilities include supporting the event coordinator, handling equipment setup and breakdown, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Must be 16+, comfortable outdoors, and available for all home games Aug–Nov.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and available for every home game Aug–Nov.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to teamwork and reliable communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly to provide a positive game-day experience.
• Bellhop responsibilities: transport tailgating equipment to guests' areas and check on needs.
• Welcome Tent supervision: manage guest services area and direct guests for smooth operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service aligned with REVELXP values (service, joy, entrepreneurship).
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of tasks, setup/breakdown, and supplies management.
• Be proactive in handling special guest requests, equipment transport, and site cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and organized site reflecting REVELXP standards.
