Job summary

REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company delivering fan experiences at college and professional events, including tailgates and premium hospitality. This role supports guest services and on-site operations during home games in Fort Worth, with a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will greet guests, assist with equipment, supervise a welcome tent, and ensure outstanding service. The ideal candidate is 16+, capable of 10–20 hours weekly, and comfortable working outdoors in varying

Qualifications

Must be available to work every home game (August to late November).
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication with guests and staff.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
Bellhop responsibilities – transport tailgating equipment and assist with tailgate sites.
Welcome Tent Supervision – manage guest services area and direct guests.
Exhibit outstanding customer service and embody core REVELXP values.
Respond promptly to requests and inquiries with professionalism.
Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of operational tasks and setup/breakdown.
Be proactive in assisting guests with special requests and site maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized site representing REVELXP standards.
